The imperfect Mr. Bugatti

I like things that are imperfect and I do believe that its in the irregularity you can find real beauty.François Azambourg is one of the leaders of French interior design contemporary movement, and maybe he shares my view on irregularity’s cause I can see a lot of beauty in his “crumpled” metal furniture’s.


Mr. Bugatti was first a collection of funky, colourful chairs, and stools, and they are all made with the same techniques using very thin crumpled tin injected with polyurethane.

Now the Mr. Bugatti collection also contains the new lamps, that come in different types and sizes (hanging and floor-standing lamps). They are made in rubbed metal sheet that is laser-cut and folded.
