What is the taste of Norway? I have lived abroad for many years and every time I tell someone I am Norwegian they immediately say “so, you eat a lot of salmon?” But salmon is not the only good flavor we have in Norway, we are actually very proud of our berries as well. In 2005 the chef Eivind Glad and the design agency Virtual garden made a series of sugar free Arctic candies. This is so good and tasteful design that it desvervs to get some credit, even after 3 years!
