Diddo Velma is an artist with a lot of political sidekicks and comments in her work. Now she have made designer Gas Maskes as a conceptual art project. In one way they kind of scare me, I really hope I never have to wear one, but still they do look good!! The big contrast of diamonds, the expensive fabrics and the shiny glasses with the gas mask itself, a symbol of war, makes the product both fascinating and horrifying.
